More about our sessions and plans
Biomechanical Physiotherapy Assessment
60 Mins, £90
1. The Lifestyle & Kinetic Intake (Minutes 0–15)
We deep-dive into your physical history, current training load (whether running on the Town Moor, dancing in the studios, or working at a desk), and your long-term movement milestones.
2. The Movement Screen (Minutes 15–30)
Using diagnostic methods honed in professional sport we go beyond diagnostic labels and find the motor patterns behind the symptoms.
3. The Diagnostic Breakdown & Visual Reveal (Minutes 30–35)
We map out exactly how your body has built up brilliant—yet ultimately destructive—compensations to shield you from pain. We explain what’s going on, the recovery plan and the timeline.
4. Target Management & Prescription (Minutes 35–60)
You receive hands-on symptom relief to down-regulate acute discomfort. We work through the most beneficial mindful movements and selfcare you need to do, and make a bespoke video so you understand them fully. We outline exactly which 3, 6, or 9-session progressive block is required to safely restore your tissue tolerance and remaster your movement.
Three Session Couture Treatment Plan
45 Mins/session, £240 total
Normally used for people self-managing their rehab plan. We might only see you every few weeks or once a month.
You've got the energy, habits, resources and bandwidth to execute the plan we create. This means you don't need to be in front of your clinician frequently.
But, when we do meet there is a lot to discuss and assess. We might need to use multiple treatment systems. Hence, these sessions are longer, to give you and the clinician time to do what they need.
Many people on this plan compliment their rehab plan with sports massage or Pilates reformer.
Six Session Curated Treatment Plan
30 Mins/session, £360 total
This is recommended for people who need frequent physio in order to complete their rehab plan. This is because it hinges on particular techniques or exercise which can't be done at home.
We also might recommend this for people who's plan has short steps between milestones.
